When will my order ship? All orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my perfect fit? At Chic Chassis, fit is everything. Please refer to our Comprehensive Size & Fit Guide [Link] which includes detailed measurements and advice on "true to size" or "oversized" styles to help you choose the best fit for your frame.
What if I am between sizes? Because we focus on structured silhouettes, we generally recommend sizing up if you are between sizes for a more comfortable and tailored look.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to feel unstoppable in our clothes. If a piece doesn’t fit your frame perfectly, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if I receive a damaged item? We take quality control seriously. If an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@chicchassis.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no cost to you.
